All I ask is that you please be gentle with her

I know I've been neglecting the blog a bit as of late, but in actuality a lot of really good things have been happening in my life over the past month, so I don't have a whole hell of a lot to complain about. However, that's still no excuse for not being funny, and I intend to rectify that as soon as possible.

In this case, as soon as possible being after I return from going on vacation this coming week. That's right, the family and I (and Dave and Scott this year, to boot) are making the annual pilgrimage up to the Cape for some much needed rest and relaxation. And beach, BBQ and boozing. However, fret not, my friends. While I'm off enjoying the spoils of victory, I've recruited a veritable who's who of blogging superstars to post in my absence.

So don't even think about skipping out on TIWWDN next week. In fact, it might just be the greatest week this blog has ever seen, especially since I'm not writing any of it. I don't want to completely ruin the surprise, but you can expect the likes of White Dade, Fauxy and Magic Jewball to entertain you while I'm gone, among an elite cast of thousands (well, that's not entirely true). But I anticipate at least 10 guest posts, which is double what I'd ordinarily be giving you. So be sure to come to TIWWDN multiple times and feast on the madness at hand.
